We are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who wants to take a key role in driving and developing the organization’s people agenda. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and close support to managers and leadership teams, with a strong focus on long-term organizational development, leadership, and resource planning.
You will be an important link between the local operations and global HR functions, where collaboration with international teams, especially in China, is a central part of the assignment.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work both strategically and operationally across the entire HR area. You will coach managers, ensure that HR strategies align with business goals, and lead the development and implementation of central HR processes.
This role suits you who thrive in a changing environment, have high integrity, and are confident in challenging, guiding, and supporting leaders at all levels.
Your main responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
Be a senior support and strategic advisor to managers in all personnel-related matters
Ensure that HR work supports business goals and organizational priorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with international HR teams and ensure alignment between local and global HR frameworks
Workforce & Resource Planning
Lead strategic resource and competency planning in a changing business environment
Work with scenario planning, identify skill gaps, and ensure the right capacity over time
Follow up and analyze key metrics to support data-driven decisions
HR Processes & Development
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective and uniform HR processes
Drive improvement work within areas such as performance management, talent development, onboarding, and employee engagement
Ensure good communication, compliance, and anchoring in the organization
Manager Support & Leadership Development
Coach managers in leadership, performance, labor law, and organizational development
Conduct training and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities and HR competence
Promote a culture characterized by accountability, engagement, and continuous learning
Employee Relations & Organizational Development
Manage and guide complex labor law and workplace-related issues
Participate in and drive initiatives within change management, culture, and team development
Ensure that HR work complies with applicable legislation and internal guidelines
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a confident, experienced, and business-oriented HR professional with the ability to build trust and drive change.
We would like you to have:
An academic degree in HR, business administration, or similar
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in an international organization
Experience working with global and cross-cultural teams
Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent development, and HR process design
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Fluent English in both spoken and written form
